7th main menu item "Default Runlevel" language on

was technically obsolete as of 12.3 (IIRC), but if not then, it certainly is
now. Has anyone made plans to update it before 13.1GA? Need I file a bug? It
might be good enough for the time being at least to s/Default
Runlevel/Default Services Configuration/.
