Indeed, higher precision has been missing for about a decade, see
https://github.com/yast/yast-core/blob/master/liby2util-r/src/y2log.cc#L230.
Unfortunately changing the time format breaks the old testsuite
that greps with regexs in the logs (or something just as mad).
