Hi Bernd,

We thought we have changed that half year ago, see
https://github.com/yast/yast-ntp-client/pull/151

But this is in Leap 15.2 (and later) only. Older releases still use
cronjob as it doesn't make sense to change already installed and working
systems. Please, check our implementation if you want/can.
