Well said Cde Wanda, in fact this man who is today abusing the Freedom
Charter was once in Azapo where they were saying that the Freedom Charter is a
sell-out document. If I read history correctly, they had a meeting somewhere in
Hamaskraal where they denounced the liberation movement led by the ANC.

I agree that the ANC should try and make sense to them, however I fully
support the ANC Preident when said there are limits to everything. What makes
me angry is that the comrade is using our sacred document to rubbish the new
ANC leadership. Maybe that is why they stopped political education in the ANC
so that they will abuse historical documents of the ANC and people will think
they are the better custodians of ANC policies.

They have been CEOs of capitalism. Unemployment has increased, there are no
more quality jobs, the inequality has increased etc. If they finally decide to
form a new party, they must know that there will be no different to Joe
Seremane who recently made a joke of himself by allowing his "baas" to make him
a stoogle and to go into the history books and stand against Kgalemna
Monthlante.

  Foward with ANC victory, Foward!

    Cadres,

I am proud that the liberation movement, ANC, is starting to bear fruits
for what it stood for, for the past nine decades. It had been the conviction of
the ANC that all people irrespective of race, creed or status in society must
be able to go to the polls and vote or be voted by other citizens. That all
must be allowed to form or join a political organisation and this is what
"Terror" and his folks are planning to do in the forthcoming three to four
weeks. The ANC had been fighting for democracy that unfortunately some had not
realised it but only woke up to realise it now.

The matter that is incorrect about "Terror" is the manner and way he is
using to form his political organisation. It is highly wrong for him to use ANC
structures for launching his organisation , if it was in business we were going
to speak about conflict of interests. It is wrong for him to issue ultimatum to
the leadership in the media without even engaging his own branch (if he still
has one or maybe he is part of a virtual branch that the ANC had rejected in
2005 NGC and 2007 Polokwane conference). He has a right in any way to organise
for his political party but not at the ANC expense.

It is suprising to note that Terror had realised that the ANC had deviated
from it's policies and I agree with him. That's why he was voted out so that
the new leadership will work to put the ANC house in order. It is true that the
ANC led government failed to implement the freedom charter especially in terms
of the economic transformation. The willing buyer willing seller principle had
been rejected by many people including political organisation in parliament and
Terror failed to take into task his colleagues in cabinet. It is a shame for
him to shift his conundrum to the current leadership of the ANC.

For us currently is not to mourn, but to organise. We the poor of the
poorest of South Africa have nothing to lose in the current leadership of the
ANC than be led by Terror. We must categorically state that our fight and
struggle is not based on personalities and who owns which wine farm but to
dismantle capitalism and its compradors. The ANC will never be a property
limited company. The ANC has structures where decision are taken
democratically. The branch is a basic unit of the organisation and it through a
branch that we need to engage and be engaged and then collectively will arrive
in a decision that will be binding to all of us irrespective of whether we were
present or not.

The ANC leadership is correct to engage the renegade first before drastic
actions be taken. We said everyone is innocent until proven guilty in a
competent court of law or competent structure and this is applicable in the
ANC. We are not in a Banana republic or organisation. If comrades have opposing
views, they need to engage each other in a respectful manner and not name
labeling. Cultures and traditions do change but we need to guard against those
cultures that doesn't enrich the organisation.

In open arms, let us receive an organisation that is formed and led by
BITTER people, who failed to convince it's membership that GEAR is the way to
follow. They will go down in the annals of history as champions of a burred
dream. I wonder what will be their policies. Maybe the first clause of their
freedom charter will be: thy shall struggle for a wine farm. I might be joking
in the last statement BUT in all our work and contributions, we need to be
conscience about the struggle for a classless society
