Amandla!!!!!!

Cdes u see this thing of education seems to be a problem with many cdes or is
it convinient to use now against Cdes. If we speak reality , as Africans we
won't be proud of the Education system from the West which made some of us to
hold titles such as Doctorates,Masters etc because this educational system had
or has its own goal to reach which in this our Africa this system wanted to
make sure that Black or I say African Society should be divided  and that most
peoples who goes through the educational system from west inherit a Western
Culture as well. Before I go any further let's look into Science. Our
grandparents could tell us a lot about science that most people spend years in
varsities studying and yet they come-out still 'hout-kops" .for instance
Africans understand ASTRONOMY well and they can tell you anything about the
Stars, THEIR NAMES AND ROLES(Bo-Mphatlalatsane which naledi ya meso). Our
grandparents could predict Weather more than
Ukumhlophee and many others who learned and have those Masters dgerees and
their proffessors. Our Grands could tell what time it is without looking into a
watch things like "ka merithi" which 3oclock , "letshela kgomo mokokotlo" which
12oclock etc. I was once previlliged to work with one old man when exploring
the availability of Platinum as mineral at one land who could just tell if the
land has got the mineral by telling us what characterstics are there to prove
the availability that Mineral in a land. So, can anyone explain the so call
"BEING EDUCATED' or what's the difference between experience and knowledge? I
think my parents who were not lucky to benefit from apartheid so they can go to
some ST Mbeki Boarding Schools and become the so called educated and they
become nurses and teachers or apartheid police forces and so they could have
helped me go to some boarding school as well learn English and proceed to WITS
OR RAU and use my english to rise
to the helm of SASCO and be able to insult in English the likes of Malema for
not having had previlleges and faced up with some struggles ko Masakaneng are
EXPERIENCED and am only Knowledgeable with the so called doctorates i might be
having. It can't be that if we loose in a conference then we reduce conference
to the NATIONAL ELECTIONS were after the oppsition looses in maintains a
permanent hatred with the winner. Can anyone recall MAFIKENG where the problems
started? MBEKI group had permanent gripe with likes of SEXWALE,RAMAPHOSA,PHOSA
etc and he went to try and purge them for their attempt to contest in that
conference. Love your Mbeki but never try to undermine the ANC under whoever
is  A leader as long those cadres were put together by the masses of the ANC.
So if anyone wants to undermine the President of the ANCYL  Julius Malema they
must go the branches of the ANCYL and lobby so they could become presidents
come the next conference of the
YL. You can't say wena you don't like Malema therefore you want to start your
own YL under Lekota party. It means that very same party mustn't have
confrences that are elective because if that is the case then that organization
will give birth to more splinter groups because if u loose a position in an
organization you'll then start ur own party. now at the same breath can anyone
whether a media house provide me with the entire speech that contains 'kill for
Zuma' i mean the entire speech not only "kill for Zuma". why the media only
quote this Kill for Zuma can they provide the entire speech that day. Does
anyone have that speech?

Hi comrades
I want to state it from the very onset that I am not a Julius Malema's fan. I
really disagree with a number of statements that have been made by Malema in
the media. I think his approach to politics is not advancing the interest of
the South African youth but that is debate for another day.
On the other hand, I do think though that those who are socialists and
activists should not fall into the trap of the petty bourgeois elements, the
analysts of the bourgeois order and the mass media. During our dark of the
struggle, formal education and qualifications were always taken with a pinch of
salt. We knew that in general formal education was there to serve the interest
of the apartheid capitalist system.
Our approach was to go to the school and use them as a site of struggle. Of
course, we studied and got formal qualification but individual qualifications
and certificates were not glorified. If you read a popular pamphlet issues by
students of 1976 called, "To town, To Ellof", you will notice that for them the
certificate was the struggle. We had a lot of comrades who did not have all
these formal qualifications but they performed better politically. In many
cases, these comrades were sharper than those who had university qualification.
The struggle was their school.
In fact, their education was what we call popular education which was based on
collective learning and sharing of experiences. These were grassroots
intellectuals or what Gramsci would call organic intellectuals. A number of
these comrades were shop stewards, student leaders and so on. In fact, these
comrades were able to debate with professors and academics. These comrades ran
their own study circles and read the Learning Nation of the then New Nation.
The mass movement and the struggle gave these comrades education. .
Today, we are faced with a situation where certain petty bourgeois elements
want to judge us on the basis of our grammar, pronunciation, certificates and
even matric results. In other words, it is only those who have masters degree
who are entitled to public opinions. We must never forget that the apartheid
system never provided the black working class children with proper education.
Even today, it is the kids of the middle class and the ruling class who are
able to excel in formal education because they have all the material support
from their parents.
Over the past few days, I witnessed a very painful and a touching incident in
Freedom Park, the South of Johannesburg. I had gone for a meeting there. There
was a working class kid at the meeting. He is probably three years old but he
could not hold the pen properly. Now if you were to compare that with middle
class and upper class kids, what do you get? The kids from better family
backgrounds at that age are starting to read and write. They even speak English
fluently. They are exposed to computers. Now we can see right from the
beginning that this working class kid is unlikely to compete with the kids of
the middle classes.
I have worked with a lot of good comrades who do not have matric results. Do I
then undermine these comrades just because they never matriculated? I think
that would be reactionary and backward on my part. I have to confess that these
comrades sometimes perform political tasks much better than the
certificate-wielding petty bourgeois elements.
Yours in the struggle for the total emancipation of the working class
