This was the only time i got to accept and respect McCain.* *I think that he has spoken very well in congratulating Obama and in accepting the deeat. Anyway, this old man, did he really think that he was up to it? Everytime i looked at him i saw a war monger. But then i also hope that Obama's rhetoric will be translated into reality in terms of respecting the sovereignty of other nations.
As for the rest, i have no much hope out of America, if Obama wants to get it from where it was before i still freeze with fear. Will that also mean that America remains a superpowerful global bully, with powers and the monopoly to bully around partners and vetto any decision against their favour in world bodies? Their first focus should be Cuba. The Cubans need those sanctions to be uplifted and it is now in the Democrats' hands to do exactly that. Then their CIA should stop their terrorist behaviour they are practising here in Africa. Period. Then we can engage from an equal surface.
