Communist Greetings

It is interesting to see what sort of things individuals would do to achieve
thier ulterior ends. This in light of the Shikotas' latest drive of creating a
teacher union movement. Apparently their "main man" on this latest gimmick
turns out to be the embattled former president of COSATU & SADTU - the one and
only Willie Madisha.

Uncle Willie is said to be on a mission, as the media puts it, "to dismantle
the ANC-aligned trade union movement". Unfortunatley, for "Amahlubuka", their
first maneuver on this regard did not yeild the intended results. Madisha, as
always, made a serious blunder as his address to the PEU and disgruntled SADTU
members in Polokwane was not convincing at all; in fact, PEU members wanted him
and his cronnies to join them.

One but wonders what to make out of statements such as "don't throw away your
freedom; the freedom which you threw away since 1994". Is he impying that all
along, the workers (teachers) have not been enjoying freedom under the very
same leadership he was at the helm of or is he talking about another freedom
some of us are unaware of - which therefore adds another twist to the
matter...there seems to be more to it than meets the eye!

Yours in the Struggle,
Frank Talk
