I had to change my decision not to partake in this discussion but feel
that I would be doing a disservice not only to my self but to others as
well.

I, like Cde Phasha, have learned to respect Cde Funky and Cde Tom as
true cadres of the revolution. By revolution, I do not mean their
participation or political affiliation. By revolution, I mean their
commitment and conviction to take state power from one social class
(Capitalists) to another social class (Bourgeoisie). They both believed
that the suffering of society is as a result of the system brought by
the enemy of the sane people - the "owners" of means of production. The
capitalists can do whatever in its capacity to negate the freedom of the
working class and we should as well do the same.

Little did I know that one day we will be brought to a discussion where
they battle for period of membership of alliance structures as led by
the ANC. I concur with Kgopelo, we cannot be brought to this discussion.
I don't want to separate who is wrong or right but both comrades should
engage their political affiliations and credentials privately.

Let me remind comrades of the discussion. Cde Norman Mampane raised an
issue of the neo-liberals who are in the offensive to lie to South
Africans about their President and his moral standing. He condemn this
behaviour and call upon media to stop immediately. Cde morgan agreed
with the sentiments as raised by Cde Norman with a rider that there are
sinister forces who are out to destroy Cde Kgalema, the ANC and its
alliance. The discussion was therefore diverted by Cde Funky who agreed
with Cde Morgan on the behavior of media but further wrote "isn't it
that /or dont you think that "maybe" the media was fed with this
anarchy, in particular from within the Alliance, specifically the one
who want to be a "super minister" or Deputy President, in that he thinks
he played a bigger role leading up to polokwane and therefore he has to
be paid back in these two ways OR nothing else?"

The statement by Cde Funky is very loaded. The question that we should
ask ourselves is whether Cde Funky has information that we do not have
on people's ambitions. Was he told by the "one who want to be a super
minister" or "Deputy President" about his ambitions?. I know that
comrades have concluded that he referred to Cde Blade but can he come
out clearly as to who this person is? Or is he misled by the media about
Cde Blades wishes? Does He believe in this neo-liberal approach to
divide comrades?

In defence of the ANC, its alliance and its leaders, Cde Tom clarified
Cde Funky of the uneasiness of Capital with a strong alliance. However,
Cde Tom suspected that the loaded statement of Cde Funky as quoted above
smacks of SHIKOTA and Cde Funky shall follow his friend Mhlongo - leave
the alliance - and join SHIKOTA. The discussion as you all followed
broke lose. I think both comrades shall both discuss privately in a
one-on-one discussion about their credentials as proposed by Cde Funky.

The ANC-NEC will not be proud to see discussions from members based on
who contribute more, how one participate in organisational stuctures
than the other, how old is ones membership, how one lied about Marx etc.
To me this tendencies can be tolerated if they are done by immature
political toddlers. I agree with Cde Senzo, members of the ANC shall
always be disciplined, organized and be equal. The Polokwane outcome
shall not be used as a machine to divide comrades or as a ladder to
position oneself opportunistically to the gains of freedom. - South
Africa belongs to all who leave in it.

Let the discussion on media behaviour continue.
