*BUTI MANAMELA'S CALL TO THE YOUTH! It is our last chance to make sure we are registered to Vote!*
*Friday 05 February 2009* The Young Communist League of South Africa [uFasimba] urges all its members, and their families and friends, to make use of weekend's last chance to check that they are registered to vote in the 2009 national and provincial elections, and, if they are not registered, to do so. This has to be done tomorrow Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 February 2009. It is our very last registration weekend as young voters to register for 2009 National and Provincial elections; and accord ANC President to become the undisputed President of the Republic of South Africa. All the 19 726 voting stations across the country will be open from 08h00 to 17h00 to enable: first-time voters to register, and those Voters who have changed address to re-register. The National Secretary of the YCL Buti Manamela, will tomorrow [Saturday 07 February 2009] be visiting Kekana Gardens, Hamanskraal, Nokeng-Tsa Taemane Local Municipality in the province of Gauteng to encourage community members and young people in particular to register tomorrow Saturday and Sunday as part of defending the gains young people have made under the ANC Alliance led government over the past 15 years and the resolving the immense challenges faced by the youth as it relates to education; health care; poverty and a better life. The visits by the National Secretary and the structures of the YCL across the country are in light of the fact that many will be first time voters should be mobilised to go and register. The following is the scheduled visits to be embarked upon by the National Secretary tomorrow Saturday 07 February 2008.
