There is serious work been done in our province in relation to elections.
but there are two issues that are impacting negatively on elections in the
North West Province. the first issue is the Response Task Team and the
second is the Parallel elections programme of the ANC Womens League.

Well Comrades can i check how is the Response Task Teams operating in your
areas if they are deployed and their relationship with
branches,sub-regions,regions and provinces. The second issue is the matter
of the ANCWL having a diffeeent election programme running parallel to the
ANC programme.

i raise this issues because there is a serious challenge in North West were
you find ANCWL having a programme different to that of the LET.There was a
second Phase Campaign launch this sunday done by the LET, BUT we had also a
ANCWL church visit were the premier and other ANC leader abondened the LET
programme for a church visit whereas the LET programme was a sub-region
event.if the ANCWL can be allowed to have its own programme running parallel
to that of elections structures , why cant other structures like:
ANCYL,SANCO,SACP,ALL COSATU AFFILIATES?why did we convert all ANC structures
to elections structures?

the second issue is the manner in which the response task team has been
conducting itself in North-West,Bojanala Region.they have been spreading
rumours that other members of the ANC are cope members without providing any
information. this is done to members who work very hard for the ANC. they
even allegetly claim that they wont attend meeting of cope when attending
meetings of elections structures. what is their role and mandate?Where do
they report?

comrades i raise this issues because they are really demoralising
comrades who are volunteering 24 hours for the organisation.
