Hi Comrades,

I think Fundi was correct that the new ANC leadership must intervene in
this
matter. What makes me to want to respond to this comrade from CSIR who
speaks about incompetent COSATU members at local government is that
firstly
as a person who works for a unit that is supposed to deal with Energy
Efficiency in South Africa, he is not qualified to say COSATU comrades
are
incompetent because if he was competent, we would have no Energy Crisis
that
we currently have in our country.

But also his allegation shows disrespect for our comrades in COSATU,
in
particular our SAMWU. How about supplying his residential address then
maybe
SAMWU members can deliver "competency" at his place. I think the
comrade
must withdraw the attack on COSATU or supply his residential address
from
SAMWU comrades to delivery "competency".

Comradely,

Cedric Gina.
