My dear Comrades what is our view regarding the slow progress of Land Reform programme ? do we see it as one of the programme that can elevate poverty or bring changes to the poor of the poorest ?
my view is very simply...it's long way to go as long as we still have old-apartheid people still driving the programme...if we look at the target percentage (30 % ) by 2014,we can't meet it because now we are around 4 %....its a big challenge for all the revolutionalist of SA before people are getting tired and took the Zimbabwe -route...that's my view yours in socialism Malusi --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You are subscribed.
