<<22.url>> Comrades below is the judgment of Supreme court of appeal by Ermelo HOER Skool v MEC education Mpumalanga I have gone through the judgment which seek to reverse the democratic gains of 1994 .The judgment reverse the earlier ruling by Pretoria High court .the appeal court ruling cdes want to continue with the tenders of exclusively school for Afrikaners in the exclusion of any other race group .I would like that the Mpumalanga Govt and National Dept of Education appeal this matter to constitutional court maybe different conclusion will come from that court. the ruling from Bloemfontein is very dangerous to our democracy one is not surprise by the appeal court because they have reversed the Pietermaritzburg ruling on the matter of President Zuma.
The ANC and all of us we have a long way to go in transforming our judiciary services because if you can look at the appeal court judges majority are from the old order whom want to use the court to continue with the legacy of apartheid. In the matter of Ermelo HIGH SCHOOL the Govt wanted to balance the language issue that the school should use dual language but those Afrikaners insist on Afrikaners only hence the appeal court agrees with them. The leader of DA Mpumalanga said in welcoming the judgement"its the victory in the mother tough' this statement confirms the views that we have long holding that DA only caters for the whites only and shame to fellow African man and woman who are members and supporters of DA.
