Chief,

When bulelani ngcuka was appointed to be a ndpp, he was serving as an
anc mp. Do you remember? The president of the country has a
responsibility to uphold the constitution and who ever is using the
state institution to undermine our democracy, he MUST act. And this is
not an option. What did the anc do with those who were involved in the
browse mole report? Remember that this document surfaced before Limpopo
conference. Parliament had proposed measures to be taken, did thabo
mbeki respond? What actions did thabo mbeki take after the public
protector slammed institution of government that violated jz rights? Is
it because it affected jz that all this things are fine?

Do you want to convince me that thabo mbeki had interest of uniting the
anc while he failed to fight or act against institution he had authority
over, when they interfered with anc internal affairs?

I still believe that thabo mbeki is good intellectually but he had
caused serious damage in the anc than any former anc leader had done

wonder

Subject: [YCLSA Discussion] Re: ANC YL PRESIDENT JULIUS MALEMA LETTER TO
MEMBERS OF THE ANC YL BEFORE ELECTIONS

please read carefully i remember this statement because it assisted me
to pass grade 7 so to you my learned friend i request to please read
carefully before you write.

"When the ANC was almost diverted from its historical obligation to lead
South Africans by a devious faction, which abused State institutions
against then ANC Deputy President.

The ANC leadership has always maintained a statement to say there was
never a faction nor division in the ANC but instead we had political
commentators echoing all ill informed statement trying to build
sensationalism prior the progressive polokwane conference.

so to say the former collective used state institutions to derail the
president of the ANC to ascend to power is rather myopic because i do
not remember Bulelani nquka being in the collective of he ANC
leadership.

My understanding is that all judiciary process in the country are
independent of the state political influence.
