there wasn't anything in the attachments which made any significant political insight into what they were looking for. there was the mention on management styles. although this in itself is hardly telling. the only way outside of doing a higher level reconnaiscence of the organisation to understand what they are expecting application wise would be to actually apply and see if we are rejected. I dont have the time to do it with exams next week. my personal view is that, as progressive as some institutions in sweden are, it does have an air of Jingoism about it. could be worth a free trip to sweden though
