Fellow Comrades
It is/was an "Aha Momemt" for about 234 young persons across the country
yesterday at Tlokwe Municipality with the Launch by SASSETA of the New Venture
Creation Programme, in which our Union is participating.
Numerous roadshows were conducted through SAPS for more than 500 young people
to undergo processes of recruitment;Young minds to be put on a programme which
we can call "Business Incubation" to inculcate in them and through them
enterpreneurship skills for sustainable livelihood ,our ANC-Led
Government Manifesto Key Area adopted as a deliverable in the fourth led
Parliament by JZ.
What is waited of us all is to offer our unqualified support and mentorship for
All of them to declare themselves competent after the programme.We are speaking
of young people taken from the streets of Mafikeng, Khayelitsha and Limpopo
areas.Some of them expressed the kind of frustrations they felt and one said"I
have been knocking on doors but at last I was heard.God has answered my
prayer".We say Our Government saw a need for these programmes through the
Seta's and our youth must not feel ashamed to take advantage of these
opportunities.
Is it true that opportunities are always enveloped in overalls so that people
cannot see them?
If that is the case,our young people were spot-on to identify them.They will
undergo a programme which entail a thorough learning on:
* Small Medium Enterprise
* Financial Management
* Business Development
* Business Networking
* Business Planning
* Ground Breaking and Break-through Business
We acknowledge the role which was done by SAPS, POPCRU, SASSETA,Youth
Councils/Advice Centres and Institutions of Higher Learning and Providers to
lessen the processes matters on the recruitment of these young, brilliant and
future leaders of this beautiful country,South Africa.
The spirit of Our Commissars,Combatants who shed their blood for this country
and their efforts are indeed ,not in vain.
Forward with the Youth Month!!!
Forward with Economic Emancipation!!!
Down with Crime down!!!
Down with Unemployment down!!!
It is not yet Uhuru!
