Dear comrades, colleagues and academics,
I hope this emails finds you in good health,
It has come to my attention that majority of us youth share emails that have
already been drafted by others en what we do is just forwarding to as many
people as possible , believe it or not I am no exception to that..
Questions I want to pose to all of us is that???? Is this a diseases or
laziness, redudncacy, normative behaviors, I am not sure en I could be wrong,
please HELP……..
Some of us are very infants in the public service, NGO, Private sector or
broader civil society, we need knowledge and skill but I doubt if we optimally
share it
As an energetic en fresh from different school of thoughts do we understand the
holistic culture of the organizational environment in which we oprerate??? Is
it possible to utilize emails in sharing ideas, concepts, and knowledge about
work, politics , economic(recession) international and general issues on the
media as well as contentious issue on the African and global agenda ???
I think it is high time that we use emails for personal development and South
African development at large, i.e can we share HR strategies in marketing
ourselves for climbing the corporate ladder??? If u know how to portray urself
effectively in the interview, did u share that skill with poor intern/
unemployed graduate out there?? Probably the answer is no, yet we keep saying
GO TLA LOKA….
Iam not saying forwading funny and romantic emails is wrong but however let us
create balance in ensuring that crucial matters needing our attention are
not being compromised.
IT IS OUR RESPOBINSIBILITY TO TRANSFORM OURSELVES, CHILDREN, CRIMINALS,
DROP-OUTS AND UNEMPLOYED GRADUATES AS WELL RSA AT LARGE.
WE ALL HAVE A ROLE TO PLAY, IT IS NEITHER MALEMA NOR THE HONORABLE JACOB ZUMA
BUT RAHTER A SHARED RESPONIBLITY AMONG US EN MOST IMPORTATALY THE YUOTH COS WE
ARE THE LEADERS OF TOMORRROW.
