*Things which matter most should never be at the mercy of things which matter least!*
I attended the court hearing in Potch and met Cde Kaizer, he was relieved, happy and emotional after the verdict was pronounced. The same radio station journalists were present and were shocked by the verdict as they found Cde Kaizer guilty already. I wouldn't blame them much as they have just launched the community radio station and because of their inexperience they were used by the likes of DA and "some" people who used to call Kaizer their comrade (people with malicious intentions). As we (myself, Cde Sello Cele and Cde Kaizer) were standing outside the court house, Cde Kaizer's lawyers came and advised Kaizer to prepare a press statement that most especially will put the DA to "their" position. What was surprising outside the court house was that the media did not take out their cameras and shoot photos as they used to do when Cde Kaizer's case was heared. This dirty politics of the DA and some factions of the ANC did not work for them this time, and it will not work in future. Once again, congratulations Cde Kaizer *" how can equal opportunity be demonstrated so that those who have been assigned less opportunity historically will then experience opportunity status?"* Mpho Lebese On Thu, Oct 8, 2009 at 9:51 AM, Mdavids <[email protected]> wrote: > > Good-luck and congrats on the outcome of your court case.
