TLOKWE CITY COUNCIL TO LAUNCH A WOMEN’S READING
PROJECT
Tlokwe City Council in conjunction with the Provincial Government is
to launch a project whose main focus will be to encourage women to
read Setswana books.
The theme of the project is: “TSOGANG BASADI SETSWANA SE A NYELELA”.
According to a research conducted in relation to our libraries,
Setswana books are less read as compared to other languages.
The project will promote and encourage the use of Sestwana book
collection in our libraries by Batswana women.
The community is invited to the project launch as it will be addressed
by leaders both locally and provincially.
The launch of the project is to take place as stated here – below.
