CDE I will try not to be a paragon of correctness but will try to distribute my fair share of understanding of the so-called public spat between YCL and ANCYL .WE must understand that pre-polokwane both parties had a common goal which was the removal of the then PRESIDENT MR MBEKI, SO NOW that their goal has been accomplished , what we are about to witness is a struggle for what made them join politics in the first place, a struggle for personal enrichment. This people join political parties not to transform society but for self-aggrandisement hence we have seen an increase in service delivery protests. Their conflict has got nothing to do with ideology and nothing to do with the poor either, therefore if the split between the major alliance partners does eventually materialise it should not be feared , it would to a certain extent make politics more complex which will once again turn voting in to an exciting adventure.
