I think you have put it well, and I don't think there is any contradiction. It's precisely true, as you say, Cde Lerato, that "if you make children you must take the responsibility". So, let's see if the President does take responsibility for this child, or what his story is. If he accepts the child as his, then he must both provide for the child, and also explain his conduct in the terms that you suggest, Cde Lerato.
But if he is going to disputes the facts, then we have to allow him to give his version, before we rush to a judgement. I don't think he can reasonably cannot stay silent, or say that it is not our business, after making the pronouncements that you refer to.
