It is a culture premised on a set of revolutionary principles, of
selflessdetermination to
execute our generational struggle for a prosperous and peaceful democratic

Thepolitics of the land has changed dramatically and
as such we have to re-organise ourselves on this terrain. In this regard, t
he Congress, among other issues, debated robustly on the grievances of
thestudents, the people of
Zimbabwe and the world at large.

The congress made amendments to the ZINASU constitution which saw the
establishment of the new post of the deputy secretary general and the
expansion of the National Executive Council so that it becomes more
representative of the union’s broader constituency. The National Executive
Council will total to 23 after the inclusion of three Provincial
Executivemembersfrom each province
