It has become obvious that majority of posted discussion yesterday and today was in an agreement with the media without even allowing the Poor Malema to tell his side of story. Even after Cde Malema response to the media, the attacked continue from all sides of the media unfortunate part was on YCL discussion forum which I expected comrades to defend Malema.
Cde let’s not forget that recently the debate on nationalization of mines did not went well with corporate fat cats such as Nick Oppeheimer so is not surprising that when we wake up in the morning of Sunday we came across this propaganda aiming at destroying the reputation of our President and ANCYL in particular. Central to these is who is behind the manufacturing of this great lies? What are their intentions? Maybe we should ask Comrade Journalist that, Is not wrong for a CEO of Multinational company to get millions of rands in bonuses whereas the workers gets nothing. Maybe they should tell us that is not wrong when the potgieter families including their sons and daughters gets employed in one company solely because they have got connections. Maybe they should tell us why after so long time is still difficult to find black faces in the boardrooms of Eskom and Transnet. Maybe they should tell us why Multinational companies are still dominated by the white’s people. Maybe comrades Journalist would be at the good position to tell us the truth. But rest assures comrades they would never do that because Media can’t afford to offend advertisers. Unfortunately editorial Power rests with owners (wealthy business), not poor journalists. That is why one would arrive at conclusion that the story told over the weekend was as the results of capitalists led by the man who ‘s family stole the wealth of many African families his name is Nick Oppenheimer.Their collective mission is to stop the Youth League advancing the nationalization project. The media attacked on Malema needs all of us to be united against the common and most powerful enemy that is busy dividing the congress alliance. Once more again I’m surprised why the provincial Chair of certain province failed to answer his calls to be asked about the position of his province nor release media statement .One wonder whether He is part of the whole plan of destroying the reputation of our President, He failed dismally to defend one of his region under attacked. Despite the claims of certain comrades, democracy does not imply endless talk so the leadership elected at provincial level has responsibility in between council meetings and PGC to pronounce on the state of their provinces.
