Leaders, If this is the view of COSATU I personally concur. We cannot keep quited while juniors in the movement are allowed to attack our senior leaders. This borders around undermining organisations that are led by these organisations. I ask myself are other leaders, like Malema, sleeping after attacking leaders like Cde Blade and Vavi.
*Even the recent call for a free education by Malema I don't genuinely believe that he is calling for it. While the call is genuine he is using it to attack other leaders and question their competency. It is now March 2010 and the busiest registration time was end 2009 and January, he was quite. Why this sudden outburst about education. If the movement does not reign on this guy, history will. When history does, he will go down with the whole movement. * *I suggest that he listens to youth leader of old in their days and those he is leading with in the youth movement and take the correct cue from them e.g. Peter Mokaba whom he likes to misappropriate, Jacob Mamabolo who once led SASCO, Nelson Mandela who was once the ANCYL leader, David Masondo who was once a national leader of the ANCYL and currently the leader in the YCL, Vuyiswa Tulelo the current Secretary-General of the ANCYL. THESE ARE PEOPLE WHO HAVE PLAYED A CENTRAL ROLE IN THE TRANSFORMATION YOUTH POLITICS AND THEIR ROLE IS INDELLIBLE AND THEIR STERLING JOB CAN'T BE MATCHED, NOT EVEN THROUGH ILL-DISCIPLINE, DISRESPECT, THUGGERY AND SOME UNDERMINING. * ** *NDIYATSHAYA. * ** ** ** On 3/11/10, Castro Ngobese <[email protected]> wrote: > > > > > > > > *COSATU Gauteng Press Statement on the attack on the General Secretary* > > * * > > Cosatu in Gauteng has learned with dismay the continuous attack on our > General Secretary by a lunatic called Julius Malema.
