Dear Cde Maxwell,

I wil not refer to you as one of our own as you referred to someone whom the
verdict by one of our very important constitutional structures happen to be
against this time; you are one of our own cde in the structures of the PYA you
belong; that does not imply because you are one of our own even in your
personal; positions you take in any form of debate as provided by our own
mandate in any office you occupy on our will. To put it clear, one become our
own through the experience or understanding of our struggles, which then bring
to the clarity of vision in every step or decision that one takes in plural or
singular form as the societal dynamcs dictates. ANCYL is not a gangster group
led or founded by one individual, then all your highness even of farting.

Chief I see no reason for your "utter digust" on the statement of SASCO, it
seeks to portray that SASCO as a component of the PYA does not have views as an
independent political organisation, it further suggests that SASCO's policies
on Gender and positions in our society must be selectively pronounced, not on
our own who seeks to misrepresent our struggle of a non-sexist society. SASCO
is correct and that is not an individual view and the President said it very
well, i will not elevate your divisive view and linking of the YCLSA forum and
statements of SASCO; because you are simply implying that our VC must only
publish statements that are of a particular view rather than the thousand
fowers bloom approach he has adopted.

Julius is one of our own as in the context of non-sexist, non-racial and
democratic society we envisage, but the class he repersent now is not
trustworthy with the working class and poor struggles. Its time to go.

Viva SASCO, Viva ANCYL, Viva YCLSA, Viva COSAS

Comrade Mduduzi

Your unequivocal assertion on this issue does not only help clarify the
subject matter but it subsequently assists on the necessary political
education it times of need. I think we have recently witnessed a high level
political decomposition whenever an issue touches Malema, comrades reason
far below political normality. It is only myopic consideration that can lead
one to fail to observe distinction between independent and autonomy and it’s
relatively ludicrous to attach a statement uttered by a component of PYA as
“cheap politicking for SASCO to position itself” for whatever reason. Trying
to maliciously find a mischievous link between the SASCO statement and YCL
becomes a groundless prophecy which directly nullifies the contextualisation
of the conviction.

SASCO has raised its independent viewpoint and it will continue to do so
with less exception to 2011 politics. We refused to be co-opted to selective
views that conferences are a result of particular statements issued by any
of our MDM formations. We must build a Great Wall of China to such a
subjective understanding and condemn it (with substance) whenever it
manifests itself with the sole aim of developing our cadres.

I submit
