dear comrades i need to raise a serious concerns around the behavior of African National Congress Youth League President , which indeed is unacceptable in gallant movement in which many of our comrades has died for. we must agree comrades that, the president of the ANCYL does not deal with issues of young people in this country. this is now politically imperative that, the NEC of the NEC to constitute disciplinary action against this comrade who behaves in un ANC manner. the NEC has for a very long time allowed this tendency, and it should be not be surprised that, the behavior of juliues Malema develop into the culture which in future would not be controlled, if example is not set by the president of the ANCYL when political decision was taken that, the ANCYL, should be militant in its character, it was an encouragement that, they must constructively engage issues within the structures of the movement. i aim totally surprised to hear his comment after the president has called him to order, that the president has not used structures of the movement to do so.what come to mind was that, on all previous issues he raised on behalf of the ANC, was he mandated to do so, or was he a spokesperson because my understanding is that, he is an ordinary NEC member? a clarion call is made that,NDC to sit and deal with this unpolitical behavior of this president, otherwise the ANC will loose its credibility on the electorates wende tutubalang mafikeng Disclaimer
