This is not a good field in which to make any assumptions at all. You are "starting a hare", I am afraid. You must be more careful. If you cannot join the dots, then making wild guesses is not a substitute. We need much better information. You are a journalist, Cde Vusi. Why can't you get this great story? On a factual basis, not on a speculative basis? Don't tell me that people inside are not talking about it. So talk to them. Get the story, and then stand it up, with verifiable facts.
