*Lots of scope for Julius*

Four months after his disciplinary hearing, Julius Malema has yet to set foot in an anger management class -- apparently because a suitable institution has not been found.

But if the ANC was really serious about disciplining its resident wild child, all it would have to do is take a walk about Malema's neighbourhood. There it would find the Anger and Stress Management Centre of South Africa, conveniently located around the corner from Juju's Sandton home.

The centre promises to help participants express their angry tendencies in a more appropriate manner, with total privacy and tailor-made programmes for its more high-profile clients.

And if Malema was pushed for time, corporate training firm NDJ Consultants will be holding a two-day crash course in anger management next month -- complete with a shiny certificate of participation to hang on the wall.

And Dynamic Quantum Coaching's one-on-one sessions should help even the most hardened get in touch with their feelings.

As for the R10 000 fine? Malema previously told The Star it was never paid because the ANC had not identified a youth development agency to which the money should go. Well, here's an easy one: the National Youth Development Agency, launched by President Jacob Zuma last year, which could put school shoes on the feet of about 300 children with that amount of money.

Another option is the Zenex Foundation, which would use the funds to improve science and maths education.

With R10 000, the Swiss-South African Co-operation Initiative could give one extra youth a year of vocational training as a technician.

Or maybe the Horizons Youth Development Agency in Pretoria? Relying mostly on the private funds of its staff, it's hoping to hold a conference for educated but unemployed young people, teaching them crucial job-finding skills. The price tag? Just under R10 000.

Take your pick, Julius. - The Star
