Dear All, Sometimes it is best to have the worst to happen early, and that requires well politically considered decisions for a better future. I wish to congratulate Ms Metcalfe on a Job welldone in building a functioning Department, and Hope that Cde Gwebs will be able to concretise all the work in-line with developmental perspectives and lay the construct now a foundation for a free education as he is better placed. I wish him and the Department well, our victories have never been brought by any form of boardroom discussions we always win them in the street. Realisation of a free Education is also what we will get from the streets. I hope this is motivated by a political will.
