Comrade I support you in some of your points but not on the department that was lead by comrade mayende, this department is not necessary because we have department of social services with a unit called probation this unit is running same programs running by that department, this department must be merged with social development, it was not easy for comrade mayende in this department because she could not do duplication of services and waste tax payers money . This department must be scraped out. comrade mayende is a hard worker and she is one of the female leaders that we need to drive this service delivery vehicle I don't see a reason why the president did not deploy her to department social development.
