Cadres although we know that the Kindergartens has got their constitution and we are also autonomous within the parametres of the ANC structure but the least that we can do is inform the Mother body about the relaunching of the league, but that cadre and his puppets did'nt even bother to do that, the worse part is that, that cadre who did that is a deputy secretary of the mother body in the Branch- Umk -- You are subscribed.
