The South African Communist Party in the North West province is to have its first in 2011, Augmented Provincial Executive Committee meeting. The Provincial Executive Committee meeting is augmented mainly because it will be attended besides by all members of the PEC, by all our District Secretaries coming from the five Districts in the province and by members of the Central Committee of the SACP. Amongst issues to be discussed at the augmented PEC meeting are the following: 1. The SACP North West 2011 program of action 2. Our approach to Local Government elections, and 3.
