*YCL NATIONAL SECRETARY RED ELECTION DRIVE GOES TO PORT ELIZABETH, BACK TO
GAUTENG THEN CONTINUES TO MPUMALANGA*

*5 May 2011*

YCL [uFasimba] National Secretary, Buti Manamela, will be visiting Port
Elizabeth as part of the Red Election Drive for the 2011 Local Government
Election. This is in line with the YCL Election Strategy and resolutions
from our 3rd National Congress to support the ANC.

Part of the message the YCL National Secretary will be sending in this
campaign will include dealing with the lies spread by some through the media
that the YCL or the SACP is supporting either independent candidates or DA
candidates. No self-respecting communist will ever support a party that
seeks to buy black votes in exchange for retaining white power.
