*TWO RICHARDS BAY POLITICAL HEAVYWEIGHTS JOINS THE ANC* The African National Congress (ANC) in the KwaZulu Natal North Coast Region has been joined by two key Richards Bay community leaders of note, who are Mr. Moses Vandayar and Mr. Neville Naidoo, and their supporters. The two are both former senior leaders of the IFP in the City of Richards Bay. Moses Vandayar was the Chairperson of Brackenham and Aquadene Sub-urban areas while Neville Naidoo was the Chairperson of Meerensee area. The ANC welcomes these comrades with open-arms. We appreciate the fact that they are not only bringing their individual skills and expertise in community leadership but also over a thousand activists who were with them in the other party who have now joined the ANC. We are going to the Wednesday 18 May polls with our heads high, confident that we have the necessary support to can win the municipalities of Umfolozi, UMhlathuze, UMlalazi and UThungulu. Our work amongst the people of Ntambanana, UMthonjaneni and Inkandla also gives us hope for an improved performance that mirrors a win. As the ANC, we call on all responsible citizens of our municipal area to go all out and vote for the ANC Ward Candidates and ANC in the local municipalities and in the district council.
