POPCRU to host a Memorial Service for an Advocate of Workers
POPCRU will host a Memorial Service in remembrance of Cde Dyantyi Mzwandile,
who
passed on at the 07th National Congress which was held at Bloemfontein while on
his sleep.
He proved in his times to be an astute Paralegal at the Western Cape,
Provincial
Office and was responsible to ensure that the general membership gets sound
representation on Departmental cases.
Cde Dyantyi was a well-grounded comrade on understanding the contradictions the
working class were facing on an everyday basis and fought relentlessly to bring
a smile of the faces of members against some unscrupulous Managers hell-bent to
destroy jobs through dismissals.
He believed in life-long learning through many Worker Education Programmes he
attended, which were offered by POPCRU and thus he achieved to stand shoulder
to
shoulder with his peers on Labour Law and on other areas, in defending the
revolution.
May his soul rest in peace!
