Public Service Negotiations underway at PSCBC
The Negotiations between the Employer, the Department of Public Service and
Administration [DPSA] and Public Service Trade Unions and other
Associations, are underway for public servants under the auspices of Public
Service Collective Bargaining Council [PSCBC].

The Employer has tabled a Revised Wage Offer of 6,0% Across the Board. And this
means that the Employer has moved from the previous Wage Offer of 5.5% to just
6.0%.
Labour has not veered from its initial Wage Demand of 9%.
Negotiations will resume on the 23rd June 2011, to deal with other outstanding
substantives as demanded by Labour, inclusive of extension of Shop Steward
Time-Off from the current 10 working class to 25 working days per annum.
Labour will still focus on the ball to ensure that we enhance Quality Living
Standards and Excellent Working Conditions of the membership.
A POPCRU Member is our priority.
