I have been very productive.. and is giving my solution to the land issue..
tell me what you think: My concept is based on take the race issue out of this,
change the approach and adopt a win/win situation..
My concept is based on the willing seller, willing buyer concept.. but I change
it to “willing seller, willing buyer, willing farmer” concept..
1. Force the old farmer to be part of the process for at least two years
2. Therefore government must look at a long term agreement which will also be
used to build relationship between old farmer and new farmer.. Doing this the
old farmer will feel more positive regarding the sale, and he will also feel
part of something.. where the new farmer will have the security that will
ensure guidance to make farming a success..
2. In this period he must play the role of educating, guide and be part of the
labor, doing this:
2.1. Government still look at willing buyer willing seller approach but change
it.
2.2. By offering the farmer a selling price, plus bonuses depending on the
progress on the farm after the
2.3. In the agreement there should be milestone date, every 3 or 4 months
report feedback, by both old farmer and new farmer on the progress government..
2.4. The win/win agreement should include the pricing package as follows:
2.4.1. Selling price (government offer the lowers price)
2.4.2. Bonus depending on the report feedback every 3 to 4 months.. money for
this can be part of the profit made on the farm
2.4.3. Bonus on contract expiry date indicated by % of the success of the new
farmer
Conditions:
1. New farmer must be in control of the farm
2. Both old and new farmer must have access to a complaint process if something
is going wrong..
Although I thought about it.. this concept can be taken as a basis, and others
can build more to it..
This what white SA,thinks is a good deal....take the land without
compensation....WE Salute this call, anything that speaks opposite its, bunch of
hawkish and excreted by colonist of special type, must never be agreed upon and
also the state must take all this land including the one that is owned by
banks,it must taken back.Amandla

Subject: [YCLSA Discussion] YCL accepts ANCYL apology
*YCLSA welcomes ANCYL Apology *
23 June 2011
The Young Communist League of South Africa [uFasimba] welcomes the apology
of comrade Julius Malema to all South African women and the rape accuser of
President Zuma, for his sexist and derogative remarks.
As an organisation we had always insisted that, while President Zuma was
innocent, our support for him must take into account the feelings of
hundreds and hundreds of women who are victims of rape and abuse. We had
argued that our democracy can only be said to be matured only if woman are
free from any form of exploitation by men.
We applaud comrade Malema for finally realising his wrong judgment no the
matter, as Young Communist League we shall continue to fight for the Right
of all women in our country. We hope that the apology will bring closure to
this matter.
