the fact of the matter is that it is the south african capital that dominates 
so bailouts will befit those from south africa with capitalist interest 
together with the royal family. If south african business was to pull out 
tomorrow and government support for autocratic regime, it would collapse. It is 
in the interest of sa capital and goverment to keep the status quo.
