So, the undisputedly large amounts of money that Julius Malema has received, and lavishly spent on himself, were not bribes, says the ANC in Limpopo.
If the money was not made up of bribes, then it was made up of donations. There is no other explanation. The reason for giving donations of money to Julius Malema was therefore only because he was ANC YL President. He received the money *ex-officio* and he must account for all of it to the ANC, and return all of what he has spent on himself. When he has paid back all of our ANC money that he has been using and because, as David Masondo now assures us, there was no bribery, then it follows that there should be no police case, no Afriforum case or DA case, or SARS case. I hope that the reason Julius Malema has not been seen for some days is because he is busy paying back all the money he owes to the ANC. He does not have to be apologetic. Never. He only has to pay back the money. Once he has done so we can close this episode. But if Julius Malema fails to pay back what he has taken from the ANC, then it should become a police matter. You can't put the movement's money in your pocket and then spend it for yourself, even if, or especially if, you are a President.
