Dear Comrades Kindly be appraised that Public Service Negotiations are underway at the PSCBC and Labour has tabled a Wage Demand of 9% and the Employer has tabled a Wage Offer of 6.8%.And the Unions are also tabling other substantive issues on a Proposal of a Housing Scheme,augmentation of Shopsteward's Time-off and other outstanding matters.
We await a full update from negotiators on same.And obviously mandate seeking process is a continous process obviously ussing constitutional meetings to advance the demands. The struggle continues......
