The act of the MECto close the college is not only in contrary to Presidential address of 2012 to open all Nursing Colleges and Scools (105 colleges) but also the 2012 Nursing Summit. The summit resolved to intensify the training of nurses which is in line with the National Health Insurance which now is in published Green Paper. Let the MEC and all MECs including EC deal with gross incapacity of Nursing Colleges instead of closing down.
