The SACP in the Brian Bunting District (Cape Metro) will mobilise its entire membership and the residents of the Mfuleni community to march to the Blue Downs Magistrate Court to demand the reinstatement of the rape trial of the Mfuleni Four.
The case against the owners of AC Wendy’s Factory in Blackheath who exploited and raped four young men from eMfuleni was withdrawn due to incompetent police work. This was a miscarriage of justice and the community demands justice and the SACP in the district will lead the march as follows: The march will start from Mfuleni High to Blue Downs magistrate Court Date : Saturday, 10 September 2011 Time : 10 am We will spare no energy until justice is served.
