* DENOSA DENOSA Statement, 15 September 2011* ** ** *DENOSA to launch Non-Communicable Disease project*
The Democratic Nursing Organisation of South Africa (DENOSA) in collaboration with the International Council of Nurses (ICN) will be launching the Nursing *Non-Communicable Diseases <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Non-communicable_diseases> *(NCD) Prevention and Wellness Project to assist nurses in South Africa.
The main aim of the NCD project to assist nurses working within the public health sector to focus on their health wellness as well as to support a select community within the North West province to do the same.
The NCD project also serves as part of DENOSA's response to the challenge posed by Non- Communicable diseases in our country.
Members of the media are invited to the launch where details on how the project will be rolled out will be outlined.
The launch is scheduled as follows:

* *_Venue_*: The Airport Grand Hotel
The leadership of DENOSA and ICN will address the event.
