/What is to be done? /In the light of the recent release of a */Green Paper on Land Reform/* and the ongoing struggle to transform the rural Eastern Cape, you are invited to participate in this important seminar. Inputs will be made by Professor Ben Cousins, Institute for Poverty, Land and Agrarian Studies (PLAAS), UWC, as well as representatives of rural civil society and development organisations.
The programme will include:
* An assessment of the newly released Green Paper on Land Reform
* An assessment of key rural development challenges in the Province
* Mapping out a way forward for the Eastern Cape.
