No it doesn't have to be the Deputy Chairperson, it is in SASCO a Deputy Chair is the head of the DC. In the YL, the branch desciplinery committee is like any other sub committee which the BEC can constitute of members who politically matured and desciplined to the core. Senior and disciplined cadres in particular

From what I understand the one being accused and probably found guilty has the right to appeal the decision is one is not happy isn't?
