The struggle against corruption should never be seen as a fight against our government and the ANC, precisely because the ANC and our government are 100% opposed to corruption because it denies our people services and better lives - therefore as the SACP, COSATU and the ANC it is very dangerous to be silent on this matter.
What beats me too much is the manner in which political factionalism is used to oppose the fight against criminals who steal from the poor and the working class. In Tlokwe for example the SACP through some factionalists in the Party are opposed to the march, simply because the Mayor who belongst to their faction named (NCL) Non conformist League is the main person called to account. At no stage do I ever think Communists could identify themselves with corrupt individuals without providing a clear perspective on why are they defending individuals. -- You are subscribed.
