A revolutionary cadre: A fundamental element of revolutionary activism.
 
Beginning with its finest, essential and fundamental element of our 
revolutionary youth movement has no any basis but very cardinal fact that it is 
this finest, highest state of revolutionary integrity that embodies the ideal 
personality, which is required without exception, from anyone entitled to bear 
the title of the membership of our student movement. In faithful dialectical 
tradition, our revolutionary cadre is both an ideal personality and real, 
living individual; dialectical opposites that unites in iron necessity of our 
organizational activity, which obtains from the very objective fact that the 
revolutionary cadre is almost a perfect being that we idealize, whilst his 
perfection is both necessary as the absolute prerequisite for our leadership of 
the unfolding social revolution, but also realized and observed nowhere else 
than in the revolutionary practice of our struggle.
 
Unconditional observation of organizational discipline:
 
Our revolutionary cadre, firstly understand and appreciate the firm, centralist 
and democratic foundation of the organization of our revolutionary student 
movement, hence his participation is based on the strictest observation of the 
organizational discipline of democratic centralism. Observation of 
organizational discipline is not conditioned upon agreement in the opinion of 
the cadre and organizational resolution, but entirely on the respect for the 
democratic basis or other political credible organizational process that 
anticipated the decision as well as organizational legitimacy of the organ 
executing such decision.
 
Foremost, our revolutionary cadre understands that expression of ideas, 
opinions and even discontent cannot be done in the chaotic manner that brings 
anarchy in the ranks of the organization. For the cadre of our movement, forums 
and structures of the movement created for any debate, persuasion of fellow 
comrades and lodging of any concern or protest, as sanctioned by the 
constitution, are the most proper platform for interaction of comrades on 
matters that pertain to the life in the student movement.
Our cherished cadre always obliges and carries out the duties assigned as well 
as to defend and advance the resolutions and the interests of the organization, 
which are actually the interests of the struggle, fearlessly and with iron 
determination. Resolutions and duties assigned thereby, are not binding 
selectively based on personal agreement with them or the interests are not be 
advanced and defended arbitrarily only when and to the extent wherein they 
coincide and thereby not in conflict with personal interests of the cadre, for 
such will no longer be revolutionary cadreship.
Absolute devotion to the cause of our revolutionary struggle:
 
Our revolutionary cadre is absolutely consumed by the very cause of the 
revolutionary struggle that, in conduct of revolutionary activity, the only 
interests harbored and acted upon are the interests of the masses, their 
struggle for social change and the revolutionary movement, as the vanguard 
detachment of that struggle. In no occasion does a revolutionary cadre abandons 
the interests and aspirations of the people in advancement of personal 
interests and where they inevitably comes into conflict, the interests and 
aspirations of the people prevails.
 
Nothing ever fulfill our revolutionary cadre than every opportunity that 
history provide for him/her to sacrifice himself or herself at the altar of the 
revolutionary struggle for the noblest cause of mankind, a cause of building a 
society devoid of injustices that are inherent in every class society, a 
classless society in which everyone is free and absolutely equal, a society in 
which every individual receive from society what he/she needs and in return 
give what he/she is capable of. A greatest reward of every revolutionary is the 
fulfilling sense of absolute conviction in the ultimate triumph in the historic 
cause to which he/she has devoted life entirely and wholeheartedly.
Revolutionary honour lies in the ability of the cadre to stake his/her 
fortunes, honour and life in the revolutionary duty, for such is what humanists 
call: the ultimate triumph of the human spirit. Nothing personifies such 
triumph than the absolute integrity, wholehearted conviction and unwavering 
devotion of the revolutionary cadre towards the historic cause of emancipating 
the downtrodden masses of the earth from the brutal miseries of capital, which 
cruelly chained them spiritually and physically, everywhere.
 
Ideological capacity to theorize independently:
 
Our revolutionary cadre is first and foremost a militant activist, constantly 
agitated by the miserable conditions of the property-less masses of the toiling 
classes, for the revolutionary activity in offense against the system and 
defense of the marginalized. For this very fact, a revolutionary must, by iron 
necessity, be armed with revolutionary theory that guides, enable him/her to 
estimate fairly accurately the course of historic development and correctly 
drive him/her to act upon such course in order that a realization of the 
socially just society can be accelerated.
 
As Cde Lenin correctly observed; ‘there can’t be a revolutionary movement 
without a revolutionary theory’ equally it suffice that a revolutionary cadre 
without revolutionary theory is a logical absurdity and nonsensical 
imagination. Revolutionary cadre as the highly advanced detachment of the 
struggle, must be at the forefront of the marching masses, hence blindness, 
lack of foresight can only lead to the most criminal adventurism, which in 
revolutionary struggle is the unforgivable treason, for which history penalize 
severely.
 
Ours however, is the theory of revolutionary practice, whose ultimate criterion 
lies in the ability to reflect with accurate precision and inspires action 
upon, the changing material conditions of life in society. Scientific-Socialism 
derives its principles and ideological premises from the objective facts of 
organic life and ultimately intends applying these principles in re-organizing 
conditions of organic life in human society, hence Scientific-Socialism is not 
only highest revolutionary activism, but the ultimate letter in social science. 
Unlike dogma, science must be developed constantly and applied critically 
otherwise it will be nothing but the former. Scientific-Socialism is guide to 
action; hence it must be applied critically under constantly evolving 
conditions of struggle society and society at large.
 
If our revolutionary cadre cannot grasp and be able to apply the revolutionary 
dialectics, which are most essential component of Scientific-Socialism 
critically to arising, new conditions and thus expand the horizon of 
Scientific-Socialism as a revolutionary method, ultimately it will degenerate 
into dogma and die away. Above that, a revolutionary cadre understand that 
there is no all-rounded theoretic panacea for all fundamental questions of 
struggle that inevitably arises in the course of the struggle, hence 
appreciation of Scientific-Socialism only as guiding method entails that a 
cadre will in general be able to critically apply and arrive at fairly accurate 
theoretic conclusions on the arising questions of struggle, independent of 
other comrades.
 
Ability to independently apply Scientific-Socialism to every question of 
struggle is not a cosmetic luxury for cadreship, but a very essential practical 
necessity, indispensable for organizational initiative and political creativity 
of the cadre. Without political creativity and organizational initiative of the 
cadre, a revolutionary leadership of the masses becomes nothing less than a 
day-dream, which only a primitive fool can entertain. Therefore, the latter 
quality of the revolutionary cadre must not be underestimated as many tend to 
do currently, hence political schooling, organizational training and 
ideological induction must be tackled urgently and undertaken perpetually.
 
Organic link with the masses:
 
Revolutionary task of the dynamic cadre is to ensure that the student movement 
is organically linked to the masses of the students. The principle that a cadre 
must everywhere and anywhere put the line across is not a cosmetic rhetoric but 
a binding law for the revolutionary life of the professional revolutionary, a 
man or woman whose life has been entirely and wholeheartedly devoted to the 
cause of revolutionary struggle. Our professional revolutionary cadre is 
nothing but an ordinary man or woman with extraordinary conviction in the 
revolutionary course of history, constantly rebelling in permanent protest 
against injustice and barbarism, everywhere it manifest itself.
 
Our cadre is not a pompous, messiah seeking to impose emancipation on the 
helpless masses from the benevolent heaven, but a selfless fighter, who 
mobilize people to fight for their own cause, a sacrificial lamb, who at all 
times defend and advance the interests and aspirations of the masses. Our cadre 
is not a vain-glorious young aristocrat, always wearing bling bling, whose 
leadership only ends in zar  but our cadre is a defender of youth and fighter 
for their interests in rural areas where he/she stays, in the township, in 
sport fields, in the library, in the streets and every place where injustice 
prevails.
 
Our cadre, however, is also sophisticated in sense that he/she has advanced 
foresight, because by arming with revolutionary theory, not only did he/she 
accumulate rich experiences of the past revolutionaries; but he/she commands a 
scientific knowledge of the laws of development, which knowledge is a 
prerequisite for accurate estimation of the future, based on application of 
those laws in analysis of the available historical material, including the 
current balance of forces.
Our cadre, however, is also sophisticated in the sense that he/she is highly 
principled, hence he does not vacillate, even when the masses do, as they 
sometimes do under deception of opportunists, or abandon principles simply 
because the masses are harboring primitive prejudice as such are common amongst 
the masses, like on the questions such as homosexuality, gender equality and so 
forth. A cadre does not tail behind and use the sometimes blind masses cannon 
fodder, but rather stand in the frontline, in defense of the best about masses, 
to enlighten the unconscious about naivety of their prejudices and show them 
path to victory. A cadre therefore does not strive for popularity and political 
expediency at violence to principle.
 
Building a cadre:
 
Creating and building a cadre is the most fundamental organizational task that 
should be carried out incessantly at all levels of the student movement. For no 
point in time will ever relax our responsibility on this regard. Changing 
revolutionary tasks of changing society in changing conditions demand a highly 
versatile, changing revolutionary cadre, who is capable of dynamically adapting 
to the changing, multi-dimensional tasks of the struggle. Political education 
is thus not a subject of choice but a cardinal imperative in separately 
intertwined with the very ideological essence, political orientation and 
organizational viability of the student movement.
 
Whereas as already hinted that the organization a responsibility in systematic 
political education, the responsibility of cultivation and education lies with 
the individual comrades in the sense that the organization in its workshops or 
training schools it can only provide platform for mutual discussions amongst 
comrades with elementary understanding, at least of basic concepts, for below 
that is impossible for the organization to reach out. So every, comrade has a 
personal responsibility and obligation to ensure that he/she research, read and 
study revolutionary literature, current affairs of political and economic 
nature to the country and international arena. Formation of study and 
discussion circles for this purpose or any meaningful interaction with fellow 
comrades becomes essential for better understanding that comes with discussion 
and also to avoid degeneration into lonely subjectivism of pure bourgeoisie 
scholasticism.
 
Revolutionary practice as the ultimate teacher:
 
Without diminishing a significance of the systematic political education as 
underlined above, it must be boldly stated that the real, final test of the 
cadre is revolutionary practice of our daily struggles, occasional outbursts 
and ultimately even, a revolution itself as the highest point of every class 
struggle. Revolutionary practice like every education not only test in the 
sense of trial but also teach, hardens and ultimately try and select the finest 
elements, best suited for the historic task of transforming conditions of human 
existence. So, the ultimate teacher of the cadre is revolutionary practice
