Congratulations and all the best to the newly elected leadership the union. We 
are looking forward to hearing their progressive resolutions and indeed rally 
behind them in solidarity with their programs and implementations of such. We 
have heard about some of them even though they are not yet officially 
communicated. This congress must set the tone and precedence in terms of 
discipline and guided militancy, that even if you have acute differences and 
preferences the organization must always come first as leaders come and go.
