YCLSA Gert Sibande District, Mpumalanga June 11, 2012 YCLSA Gert Sibande District Juda Tsotetsi Youth Day Memorial Lecture The Young Communist League of South Africa (Ufasimba) in Gert Sibande will as part of its youth month programme and in honouring the contributions of young communists will convene the inaugural Juda Tsotetsi Memorial Lecture. Juda Tsotesti was born and also cut his political tooth in Gert Sibande District. In 2002 at the tender age of 28 he was elected as the SACP Provincial Secretary and subsequently elected into the Mpumalanga ANC PEC in 2005. Juda was a young communist, a student leader and a unionist steeped in the theory and practice of Marxism-Leninism. A leader with a deep understanding of the need for the entrenchment of our theory through practical daily community struggles. As the YCLSA we continue to draw inspiration from his commitment to a building a united and independent SACP and his unshaken resolve to question high levels of poverty in townships at the door steps of SASOL. The lecture will be delivered by Cde Bonakele Majuba, SACP Mpumalanga Provincial Secretary.
