What type of education r u talking abt comrade. If u read carefully the num and cosatu statement u will realise that its actually us who r not in the mining industry who needs to be educated. U dont need to be educated to pick up a struggle because of the exploitation at the hands of the mine bosses who rake in billions while u die underground, earn a poverty wage, live in squalors while bosses drive daily past u in imported cars and live in mansions. It is this conditions that give birth to wildcat strike and unless this imbalances r corrected, no amount of education will help.
